Tried to hold on as I cling in darkness,
My soul wept as I watch you in emptiness,
Sanity have all faded in thoughtfulness,
Are you alone in the crowd or spoiled in happiness?
Act and pose as life roles on cue,
Feelings does reflect in carved faces of hue,
Seize the moment you meet the virtue,
Judgment may lead us away of what is true.
Uncertainties are coiled with clarity,
That goddess could be shrouded in pure misery,
Lay in someone’s arms for you are free,
Insecurity definitely haunts me.
Passion heats up as reality sinks in,
Be patient because good comes within,
“So far yet so near”, twisted irony again
Oddness can help bring out your burden.
Indulge to those who show love and sympathy,
You owe fame so don’t exercise apathy,
Betrayal and doubts are only superficiality,
My rationality still leads to stupidity.
Thank God for a life in bliss,
Commitments will only make you pissed,
Procrastinate if unready to promise,
Little kindness does not hurt and miss.
Sharing conceals and vanishes lone,
Never asked if you felt the same tone,
Who could we blame for wanting you alone?
Or could it be that I just felt love on my own.
